The standard response time for website changes, without a maintenance plan, is between 24 and 48 hours.  While most change requests are completed sooner, a guarantee cannot be made without the purchase of a maintenance plan. Typical change requests include modifications to promotional offerings, descriptive paragraphs, staff portfolios, and product images. Custom programming is not covered under the maintenance plan.
